About Me
I've always been overweight, but I guess I've been adding an extra few lbs every year for the last few years. I met my bf 6 years ago and we've been living together for the last 4. I'm comfortable in my life and my relationship and maybe that allowed the weight to creep on without me noticing. Running to catch a train last year highlighted how unfit I was, and gave me a glimpse of what was in store for me. At that stage I was obese - my BMI was around 34. It was time to change. My progress is listed below and I'm hoping to reach my goal by the end of 2008.
