edit: currently not logging as much as i usually do because i'm bulking & going by estimates most of the time. when i begin cut will be back to daily logging :)

did a long low carb diet, did intermittent fasting for a long while & am now currently on a equal ratio carb-fat-protein diet & following IIFYM
Why I want to get in shape
Wanna be swole, jacked, buff, hench
Wanna be ripped, shredded, diced, vascular, cut
Set an example for any future kids I have
Live a long and healthy life free from back/knee/joint problems and obesity.
I don't want to be a skinny bitch.
