I started on this journey Oct 5, 2007. I could not run at all, and was having a hard time getting my breath doing everyday things. Now, as of Oct 13, 2008 I can run at least 5 miles (I haven't tried a longer distance yet), and feel terrific. My strength has improved and I don't get tired as quickly and as easily as I used to.
I completely changed my eating habits. I used to eat 2 times a day. Now I eat 5 to 6 times a day, and a lot healthier. Usually, I'll have 1 cheat meal a week. I drink mostly water, no sodas, and alcohol only once in a while.
