I am a young woman with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I am going to go to graduate school in Fall 2010, hopefully. I am taking this year off to help my grandmother and aunt with their house and my Alzheimer's grandfather.
I am trying to lose 1 lb per week.

Why I Want To Get In Shape
To feel more confident and get healthy. I am doing this for my present and future self as well as my future husband and children. (I not engaged / don't know who he may be, but I owe it to my future to be healthy and happy).

Well I don't want to sound like a drama queen but did run today and almost died. Literally had to lie down afterwards. Now fourhours later I'm dying of a cold. It never rains it only pours but fingers crossed for quick recovery and back out. Only manage 16 mins of the 20. Think I better have a day off. I'll Msg ya when I've done my 25 run :)
Didn't get back into it last week. Took the whole seven days off. Went out Friday and repeated the 20 minuterun but only lasted 15. Did W6 D1 today all the way through so back on it now. My tooth is fixed and I'm off the biotics now. They made me feel rough. Back to the salads after the weekend lol. Hope you're ok :)
Not found any yet but there is a 10k run in jan but I think I want to train for the Birmingham half marathon. That's got to be hard. But I've got a year yet. Not ran for four days. Got the worst toothache. Painkiller make me too drowsy to run. As I write I
in bed ha ha. Back to it Wednesday I think. x
