About Me
I love the outdoors...beach, mountains and basically all of nature. I work as a mental health counselor and I enjoy what I do. I have tried to lose weight in the passed but I tend to give up when I am at a standstill, however, this time with the MFP supporters and the supportive team at my job, I think that I can be successful.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to be healthy and look healthy.
I need to feel better about myself.

Down 15 officially. 4 pounds to goal. Hope you had a good weekend.
Girl let me tell you something! I am finally down to 170.5. I walked my ass off on Sunday and my goal is to reset at work on Tuesday. I have about 30,000 steps to go. We are now running neck and neck. You bet of keep running. 165 is in sight.
