Hello!! How is your week going? I am not doing so good this week we went to Gronk's for burgers last night and tonight Craig and I are going to Shamrock for pizza with my family I am looking forward to eating it just not weighing in. LOL And today I cannot find my motivation which I need to find soon!!!
You are doing great! Keep it up! I bet your husband thought you were beautiful! Hope you had fun while he was home.
Hey losing that is better than gaining!! And yeah the biscuits may of had something to do with it. LOL I still have not weighed myself I am going to wait till next monday. I am trying so hard to stay within my calories and to keep exercising. It is hard in this heat but I have been doing at least 20 minutes on the treadmill and at least one of my workout sessions. I am going to try so hard this week and hopefully stick with it!!
