I put on a lot of weight in the past and joined Weight Watchers in 2007 and lost a total of 3 stone by February 2009.
Some of that started to creep back on until in May 2012 I'd gained back 2 stone and decided it was time to lose it again.
I started running and have completed my first 5k in September 2012, since then I've taken up Roller Derby and run 2 Half Marathons and have become much more focused on my health and fitness.
