I am a food LOVER but also very aware of health and fitness. The two are not always a good combination. The more i have tried to get healthy and fit over the years the more weight i have gained. I went from being a skinny teens and 20s to oops whats that belly poking out in my late 20s and 30s now here i am getting very mature :) but out of shape neither of which did i ever think i would be. I am hoping that with all the things i have tried it will be different this time. Stay tuned
About friends request - I am really strict when it comes to who I accept and keep as "friends" on MFP (and anywhere) that being said i will not accept friends request if i cant view your profile or you don't include a note with your request. I will not accept or keep friends that use language and discuss topics that i feel are inappropriate or maybe just discouraging. i don't like to be exposed to bad language etc... I also only keep friends in my listing that interactive with me. If we don't seem to motivate each other and aren't commenting on each others pages then i will delete. I really enjoy the encouragement and motivation from this site, its a wonderful tool towards an attainable goal.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to be as healthy as i can be in this world. I want my body to be as strong and shapely as it can be at my age and just look and feel the best i can for as long as i can.
- I love clothes, i want to enjoy putting them on
- i am an attractive person being covered over with fat
- I want to run without getting so winded
- I want to be an example especially to the people that i love
