About Me
I grew up skinny and remained mostly slim until mid-life. Have been married since 1970 (same guy)and had 4 children. I have a thyroid condition and high cholesterol, but these are under control. I work full time as an accountant and love it. I love ♥ my family ♥ and my friends ♥.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I can not get into my clothes, which is sad, because I really like being slim and dress classy. I feel bloated. I am fit and healthy, but being overweight bothers me, especially my mid section, where most of my weight has now gathered. I am an emotional eater, and this was exacerbated by difficult circumstances that my family went through. I want to get rid of bad habits accumulated over the years. Here are my weight goals steady as she goes:

My Inspirations
- My weightloss of 5 years ago. I need to do it again and have it stick!!
- That others are inspired by me would be a great reward
- Fitting into my clothes
- Actually make that: buying NEW clothes in much smaller size!!
