About Me

For 10 years been gaining. Tried every diet out there and can't get it off! I'm frustrated! Need to stop this upward trend now. Just found out I'm borderline diabetic and I don't want to take the meds but take care of the actual cause. <which, of course is my weight!>

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I don't want to take diabetes meds.
Want to wear some of the clothes I have. Stop buying larger and larger sizes!
I am about to be laid off - I need to fit into the interview suit I bought 3 months ago [and is too tight for me right now!]

My Inspirations

  • just to feel good about myself!
  • be able to look in a mirror and not barf or cry!
