About Me
hit 156lbs as all time high, didn't feel good. I started jogging, watching calories, cut sugar etc lost 20lb in 2 years. At a plateau now but spring is here and focused on losing another 15lb to reach my ultimate goal. I joined this program because it's easier to keep track of calories and stay focused with all the other benefits quick calculations etc.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
many reasons... to be in good health mostly and yeah fitting into a size 5 again will defineately feel great.
