Here to stabilize my blood sugar levels.
I'm a type two diabetic - and I've been in denial about it for a long time. I don't have health insurance and I can't afford meds/insulin. Going "keto" might just be the best thing for me until I can get insurance. I've got to lose this extra weight and get my sugars under control. I'm willing to give this a shot.
