My name is Rachel. I'm married and have 2 children. I would really like to lose weight so I can feel healthy again! I have about 25lbs that I would like to lose and it sure ain't easy! I'm 5''11 and right now I weigh about 194.....my goal is 165-170.....I have always been overweight since I was a child but when I hit 17yrs old I lost 30 lbs and and got down to 165. When I was pregnant with my first child he made me really sick and I got down to 145(to skinny) and I stayed like that for about 5 months then started gaining a little weight but when my 8 month hit, it was like BANG!!! I wanted to eat like a pig...if I didn't, I would be sick! I gained 50 lbs in a month with my son :( after I had him I lost 25lbs, so I was like 183lbs then I had my daughter and gained 25lbs but lost it after I had her but then all of a sudden I started gaining weight and couldn't control it! I got up to 206 lbs..the biggest I have ever been! Well recently I have been trying to get back down to 170....I did get down to 184 but my work got busy so I had no time to exercise during the holidays and now I'm back up to 194 :( I hope to stick to it this time and get fit for the summer..lol...
Why I want to get in shape
To feel healthier! I would also like to fit into some jeans that was actually to big for me before i had my children. I want to prove to myself that I can lose weight....I want to prove to the ones who don't believe in me that i can!!!! I want to teach my children to eat healthy and exercise but before I can teach them, I have to accomplish it myself!
