My name is Rachel. I'm married and have 2 children, Caiden 3yrs old and Chloe 2yrs old. I work full time at a candy plant and also go to college at night. Before i had my kids i could lose weight easily but now i cant lose a pound!! I have this one MAJOR problem where i like to stress eat...I don't know how to stop it....any suggestions???
Why I Want To Get In Shape
To feel healthier! I would also like to fit into some jeans that was actually to big for me before i had my children. I want to prove to myself that I can lose weight....I want to prove to the ones who don't believe in me that i can!!!!
