2.Send a message or you won't be accepted. I don't care if it says, "hi" or "kaelksjea;ksdf" just write something. Shows me you do put some degree of effort in to things. Which shows me you might stick around.
3. I type a lot of weird, and pointless crap on my wall. People can find it annoying. If you like to have fun, joke around, have a few laughs. I am your guy. If you have your head where the sun don't shine aka a tight wad, I am not for you.
4. I don't comment on exercise or diary. I can't play favorites, commenting on some people's exercise and not on others. Diary is worse, I can't check every single persons diary. So I just don't comment. It's hard to keep up with everyone in general. If you make a post, 5 minutes later it will be out of sight on my wall. So I can easily miss a lot of people's comments. If you're looking for a buddy to cheer you on and support you, sorry I am not the one. I wish I could, but it's just to difficult in my situation. If you want a MFP friend you can interact with, I can be your guy.

Piggy bank(excel spread sheet): PIggy bank spread sheet keeps track of your calories from a day to day basis. you enter your weekly weight loss goal. It then tells you how many calories to eat today. you might be under or over, that's fine. Piggybank will add or take away calories and tell you how many to eat from a day to day basis to hit your goals.
