I am a cook, not a chef. But, I am a pretty dratted good cook that enjoys experimenting with cuisines and new veggies, grains, and fruit. Working to reduce but not eliminate meat consumption. Deliciousness is part of my well balanced meal plan.
Why I want to get in shape
I am stress reactive in just the most incorrect way where calories are concerned, and have what I consider more than my fair share of life-long family stressors that cannot change and must be dealt with in an emotionally healthier way. Personal health issues prevent my doing a lot of what most consider "exercise". I do my own variations as given to me by rehabbery people. My weight loss will be long and slow and that is ok.

- I need to be physically healthy to support emotional health.
