I'm a 47 year old married guy looking to get into better shape. While I'm not training to be Mr. Universe, I'd like to get into some decent shape where I don't get winded jumping to conclusions :) Just because I'm getting older doesn't mean I have to look the part.
Why I want to get in shape
To be healthier and become more aware of the food I'm eating. They say that losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise....I'd like to see if that's true.
- I want to make sure I'm there to grow old with my wife.
- I want to like the body I see in the mirror.
- Seeing MFPs meeting and smashing their goals!
