About Me
I'm a total beach bum...
I'm a military wife, mother, did I mention beach bum, team momster for sports, a housekeeper/zookeeper, a taxi, and crazed sex goddess. What else is there? I keep myself busy volunteering at the schools, the wify group at the base, taking kiddos to cheer leading, soccer, baseball, gymnastics, and finishing the days up relaxing at the beach. I have a lucky life!

I am learning to take each day...one bite at a time. I use to let my scale dictate if I was going to be happy (from a weight loss) or sad (from a weight gain). But now I hop on the scale whenever I feel up to it and some days the numbers are up a tiny bit, and some days they are down. I mostly only log down days to stay positive since I know I am working out and eating healthy. I measure by how my clothes fit not so much the scale. This is the pattern of my weight loss:

Why I Want To Get In Shape
To re-jump my pole dancing career. <~~~~ Where did that come from???
Hokay, I want to get in shape because everything I wear hurts. I also don't want my kids growing up thinking that eating unhealthy and low activity is healthy. I want to have more energy and live longer, and feel pretty!
