I am a very active 40 y.o. Mom - work full-time, go to the gym 3-4 days a week and involved in my church in between. I love being busy - it is my revenge against the big 40!

Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to run races this year - my goal is a 5K by April, a 10K by August.
Goal #1 - Complete! 5K finished in 26 minutes! 2nd place finish!!!
My Inspirations
- Keeping up with my kids - being the cool mom
- Wearing fashionable clothes
- Watching my Mother's health problems due to her weight
- My fathers heart attack this year
