About Me

I have been overweight most of my life. After recently weighing myself, I realized I am the heaviest I have ever been. I looked at my life and decided I needed a change. More exercise and better eating. MFP has been a wake-up call on what I have been eating.

11/04/09 I have been on MFP for 6 weeks now and can't believe the changes in my body and my energy.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

To feel healthier and look better. I want to have energy again. To be a better influence to the people I coach to exercise. To get into smaller clothes.

  • To run/walk a marathon

I'd love to try to run a marathon too! Maybe we could try the Couch-to-5k or Couch-to-10k fitness plan on our own, and sign up for one together?
