Well, here I am...a 44 year old wife and mother in Texas. I have one son. He is grown and been out on his own for a little more than 2 years now. So it is time for ME!!

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I have decided that it is time for me to make myself a priority! My blood pressure is a little high and I am overweight. I need to lose about 50 pounds. Whew! That is a big number...so I have decided that I should look at it as losing 10 pounds at a time! I have lost 20 so far. Here I go...new week, next set of 10! I want to achieve this by August 1st!
