over 40, 4 kids, just retired from 28 years of Naval service need more motivation to get fit now that I am home more with the kids.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I am serious about getting into shape but my kids come first so often I get tired...I can run 1-2 miles, lift weights and still can do those 100 sit-ups but I want to get back to when I climbed rock walls, when I was a size 5 and now a size 10...
My Inspirations
- Live for God first, my kids, my husband and my family
- keep my blood pressure healthy and lower cholesterol
- 10-20-09 BOD POD 118 lbs of lean and 46 lbs of fat
- set a good example for my kids and lift my spirits
