After high school I started out at about 160lbs, First year of college I packed some more pounds on. I really started dieting when I was 18 and have been going back and forth since then.
My last previous lowest weight in my young teenhood/adulthood years since I can remember was at the age of 19 at 128lbs.
When I was 18, I wore a size 13, today (at the age of 23) I wear a size 1/3. My height is 5'4.
Heaviest weight 165ish
Starting point this time around 145
Started MFP at 126
Current weight: 120
I'm not looking to lose any more weight, but I am looking to GAIN muscle. I want to be athletic and toned, and I have done my best getting there. I am proud where I am today, but there is always room for improvement.
I am not perfect and I don't always eat clean, I do try to stay within my calorie range. I like to drink sometimes, and I like my snacks sometimes, but the goal is to find a happy medium. I may eat only 1200 calories some days, but it's mostly because I got my gallbladder removed April 2012 and it has been a struggle some days.
MY biggest goal is to maintain my weight. Food has always been a struggle for me, but this site helps me keep it under control.
I LOVE making new friends so send me a friend request if you want, but a little message would be great to go along with it :)
Why I want to get in shape
I got married this past August and achieved my goal. I felt absolutely amazing and stunning in my SIZE 2 dress! I never in a life time thought I would ever fit into a size this small. I went a long way going from 13 to a 2. It was a great feeling.
- Looking athletic/being athletic
- being healthy
- Being a really good runner one day
