About Me:

I'm a stay at home/homeschooling mom of 5. I love running, I always have.

Why I want to get in shape

I turned 40 this year. I had a fantastic 40th bday and I looked and felt great. Then I suffered my calf tear which set me back months. I'm back on MFP with all the weight back on. I'm working on losing 10 pounds-one pound at a time. I also want to build muscle while I lose weight so I know it's going to be a slow process.

I hate my waist size the most. It's the hardest thing for me to reduce. I have always carried extra weight in my abdomen.
