I love listening to music, watching movies, reading, gardening, and playing and watching tennis.
My goals for Stronger, Better, Faster Challenge ending October 1st...
--Lose 11 lbs. (that will bring my total to 25 lbs.)
--Exercise daily (walking, stationary bike, pilates, Shred & BL dvds, push ups)
--Eat healthy foods within my allowed calories
--Drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water daily
--Take a multivitamin daily
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to feel and look healthier. I want to increase the amount of energy I have and become more active. It would also be nice to fit into some great clothes that I already have!
My Inspirations
- My wonderful younger sister inspires me... she runs marathons!
