About Me
I'm 41 y.o., married with two kids. I'm 5' 2.5" and would really, really like to weigh 120 lbs (115 would be better, but I'm trying to be realistic!), but can never seem to get there! Right now, I'm at my "high" of 132 (you know, the weight that spurs you into action), and I haven't been below 125 for at least a decade. I exercise regularly (cardio 5-6X/wk for 30 - 60 min, plus pilates/strength training 3x/wk for 60 min), but I tend to "nibble" all day long!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
-to not feel embarassed and sad when I see pictures of myself
-to feel comforable in my clothes and in my skin
-to set a good example for my 11-y.o. daughter
My Inspirations
- -the size 27 jeans wasting away in my closet
- -my 20-year college reunion in <1year

Your workouts are fantastic. Good for you!! I wish I could exercise that much. You have inspired me. I need to go for a walk tonight or something!! :)
