About Me
I am coming here to help get my fitness and weight goals acomplished. In April 2008 I went on Yaz birth control and was 160lb and starting in the summer ended up busy and not getting in the gym as much. From summer to now I have had lots going on, including getting engaged. So now I am on a mission to lose what I have gained and then some. I have just recently October 2009 gone off birth control in hopes that I will be able to lose weight as easy as I did before I started taking it again.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
To finally be at a healthy weight goal. Also my July 2010 wedding!
Starting weight on MFP 176 -it says 1lb lost because I had originally put in 177 by accident..
Goals:
11/29: 170
12/20: 165
1/31: 160 (I will be in England for 3 weeks over Xmas/New Years and will not be as on diet as when at home)
2/28: 155
3/28: 150
4/28: 145
5/28: 140
Goal weight not sure yet...
