About Me

I'm a geek. I love numbers, logic, puzzles, and science. I was also an addict for 5 years of my life. Was is an important word there - after my fiance left me I went on a 6 month long binge that almost left me in the hospital. It was time for me to get my act straight and make my life mine again. I've quit smoking, and drugs completely. I've been clean for about 6 months now.

The next step is to make my body mine again, and thats why I'm here.

Enough melodrama...

I'm fun! I'm crazy! I blow things up in microwaves because I think science is cool and I want to make plasma from a match and a glass jar! I read constantly, I work on computers, and I tend to be the coolest person I know. So, yeah, I rock :)

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I can still remember the very first time someone called me fat - I was about 6 years old, at my Aunt's house in Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, swinging on a merry-go-round with some of the neighbors. Its seared into my memory. Ever since, my weight has been in a downward spiral.

Its time for it to end. I'm the sole member of my family without diabetes. I intend to keep it that way. I've come so far, and I can't stop. Not this time, not ever.
