I really didn't know how to eat right. I was surprised to find I could eat all kinds of foods I really like and still lose weight. I'm still struggling with that concept. I am a wife, a mother of four and recently a Grandma. I'm still young at heart , love to laugh, and enjoy a good workout.
I love to quilt and play with designs and color! I also have a small but successful jewelry business.
*FRIENDS* I'M TAKING A LITTLE BIT OF TIME OFF FROM MFP AS THESE ARE MY BUSY MONTHS. KIDS ARE HOME AND I'M ENJOYING THE FAMILY TIME AS WELL. I'M STILL WORKING OUT AND EATING HEALTHY. STAY AWESOME!
Why I want to get in shape
To feel better and "look" better. I love to be strong and capable. Too many injuries with age. I hate it when I can't do what I want because of a weak body.
- I love life! Now I need to love me enough to take better care of myself.
- If I'm healthy I am more capable to care for those I love.
- Be a part of my children's lives.
- Enjoy the rest of my life with my incredible husband.
