I've always been big I think at 16 playing rugby I was 20st (280lbs) ..I had a good 10 years between 20/30 weight going up and down but never below 20 st,I.had a holiday planned and got down to 18st 10lb,by crashed dieting..
Over the past 3/4 years weight slowly gained until I peaked at 24st ( 356 lbs )..so last July I stated doing it the old fashioned way eat less and get my arse moving
My goal is to get out of the 20st and get under and keep it under which I have never done for a long period of time..
Why I want to get in shape
the reason i want to get in shape is that im getting nearer to 40 and they always say that it gets harder as you get older you get
