About Me
In 2008 I lost 30 pounds. This year I'd like to lose at least 9 more so I can be down to 140. When I reach that goal I'll decide if I want to lose any more or not. I'm so proud of myself for losing the weight I've lost. I have more self-esteem and self confidence and I feel so much healthier. I look so much better too. My son commented on the fact that now I wear brighter colors. Aw, tis true. :-D

My flaws are far too visible but God believes I am worth it.

I have my share of heartaches so I call upon His name.

I'm just a simple sinner who received God's good grace, somehow!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I don't want to gain back the weight I've lost. I want to be an inspiration to family and friends who are trying to lose weight and show them that they can lose the weight in a healthy way.
My Inspirations
- Continued Increased self esteem and self confidence.
- Continue being healthier and looking good.
- I want to wear a size 10 jeans. No more plus size clothes for this old gal. :-)
- I hope to run a 5K in November 2009.

LOL! I love your new picture! That's the way I used to order my Whopper from Burger King. If you hear that they're going bankrupt, its probablybecause I don't go there any more. Haven't been since I started this lifestyle change last November 8th.
