About Me
I've been a big girl all of my life, and am not looking to move mountains and set unrealistic goals for myself. I am simply trying to better my life so that I can finally-for once- be happy with myself. I am starting this journey somewhere around 140 pounds overweight, but am setting my first weight loss goal at 30 pounds. Ultimately, I would like to lose 65-80 pounds, but for now I just have to take it one day at a time. This is the second time I have attempted to lose weight with MyFitnessPal, and this is the umpteenth time I've started yet another diet. Fortunately, I'm really good at losing weight when I put my mind to it, but I am terrible at keeping the weight off. For that reason, I have spoken with my surgeon and am currently awaiting insurance approval for the LAP-Band. I hope it comes through, but I'm not going to sit around getting fatter and fatter while waiting on the answer, so it's time I get back to business.

Yes, I have been to England. Stayed in London for about a week a few years ago. Its like a clean NYC. Love the burbs of England. All the old towns, houses. I would really like to live there, I think....
