About Me
Trying to get my "stress weight" off. I'm a total emotional eater/foodie!!! I eat when I'm stressed, I eat when I'm sad, I eat when I'm happy...you get the picture. I've come to find that my job seems to put the pounds on. I have summers "off" from that job, and run a business during that time. I seem to be able to get some of the weight off every summer, just to have it come charging back at me the second I return. QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I just want to be in the truly healthy range of weight...and not on the heavier side. I had recontructive knee surgery and the more weight I carry, the more pain I endure. So, "less is more."
My Inspirations
- Less knee pain.
- Sleep in, instead of getting up at 5am every morning.
- Be heathier & be in shape!
- Lead a more active lifestyle than I already do!
