My name is Tiffany. I'm young, happy, but definitely not healthy. And right now, I'm working on that.
I attend Washington State University, Pullman. I'm a Neuroscience (Pre-Med) major, with the intent to attend medical school.
My have been overweight my entire life- as young as 5 years old. I've made changes before (even starving myself in 8th grade and losing 20 pounds in a few months), but I finally making changes that stick.
I row. I play badminton. I play softball. I lift heavy things up and put them down. It's fun.
Why I want to get in shape
I want to be healthy. Plain and simple.
I want to be able to play badminton for hours.
I want to reach my old total lift weight of 380 pounds for bench, clean, and squat.
- Healthy Body, Healthy Mind
- Playing badminton for hours
- Getting bulky (lol jk that won't happen)
- Hopefully getting my family to lose weight, too.
