My name is Tiffany. I'm young, happy, but definitely not healthy. And right now, I'm working on that.
I attend Washington State University, Pullman. I'm a Psychology major with a Business Administration minor. I'll hopefully be attending grad school after I finish undergrad. I want to study Student Affairs/Higher Education and work in the university system.
My have been overweight my entire life- as young as 5 years old. I've made changes before- starving myself in 8th grade and losing 20 pounds in a few months, heavy lifting combined with healthy eating (which was my most sane plan, and got me down to 160 pounds), but all plans have had issues with sticking around.
I play badminton. I lift heavy stuff up and put it back down.
Why I want to get in shape
I want to be healthy. Plain and simple.
I want to be able to play badminton for hours.
I want to get strong.
And most importantly, because I've done it before.
- Feel healthy again
- Playing badminton for hours
- Getting bulky (lol jk that won't happen)
- Hopefully getting my family to lose weight, too.
