TOPS member since Aug '09. Lost 35 pounds. Now yo-yoing back and forth trying to get a handle on what my mind, body and heart are dealing with.
Why I want to get in shape
For my self, my husband, and to stop being the one that doesn't go outside and run or play with my kids. I want to jump on the trampoline, teach my kids to do handstands, cart wheels, and anything else that makes it fun for my family.
