Why I want to get in shape
I won't pretend that I have noble reasons for wanting to be in shape; I want to feel gorgeous and I want to go around with the smug sense that most people are not as disciplined as I am. Exercise is also the best form of procrastination from all the other tasks I should be accomplishing in a day.
- The constant, depressing realization that I'm aging.
- The onslaught of media images that makes us all hate our bodies.
