My name is Matt, and I've been losing my weight swimming and trying to eat right since October of last year, when I was up to 235lbs.
I weighed in under my goal on 9/3/2012 at 189lbs and over 45 lbs lost. I may try to drop another 10 lbs but right now i'm concerned about gaining muscle and maintaining at or under the body fat% i'm at.
Since I am in between weight loss and maintenance mode I will go over my calories every so often - don't flip out on me :)
