I am a Canadian living in the UK with my boyfriend. I love it here but I miss my family. im going back home in february and hope that i will have meet my goals by then.

This whole experience started as a new year resolution that I though wouldn't last, but to my most amazing surprise I got hook into it. Now I have one more reason to get up in the morning, and it's getting better everyday.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

My weight has only been going up all my life and if i don't stop it now, it never will. Also i need a new challenge and changing my lifestyle is just the perfect thing.
