About Me
I want to stop the slow yearly weight gain and lose the weight I've gained since my wedding day years ago. I want to weigh less than my husband, who is the best person I know.
I enjoy reading, sleeping late, walking in the woods, yoga, coffee, and talking with friends.
I volunteer with a local animal shelter and an adult protective services organization.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to be able to do any type of activity that someone 15 years younger than me can do.
I want people to say "wow" when they see me and my soon to be "cut" body.
I want to live to over 100 and still do a handstand.
