I've been down this road many times. Weight loss is nothing new to me. The problem with the previous times is I was too restrictive. Never allowing myself to have a treat once in a while. I lost 125lb eating this way however that one day I decided to eat a candy bar threw me into a tail spin and I gained most of that weight back. So, here I am again on a mission to eat healthy and not to deprive myself of the good things in life.
Why I want to get in shape
I wanna live a long healthy life. Not cutting it short by being overweight.
