I'm 66 and reached a point where I wanted to be healthier than I have been for many years. I'm Gluten intolerant (Celiac Disease) and have had problems for decades with my digestive system. It's been impossible to lose weight and I had given up until I recently decided that the only way I could be healthier was to follow a Paleo or Primal Diet. And surprise! surprise! the weight is coming off. So, I wanted to track my success and found this website and was grateful to see that I could list all the unusual foods I eat and someone had already listed them. Who great is that?
Why I want to get in shape
My knees are in bad shape. In fact, the doctor has already told me that I am approved for knee replacement. Instead of jumping into it I decided to pursue alternative healing and have been having accupuncture with good results. I look forward to getting more exercise as the stress is taken off my knees. There are still lots of things I want to do. Primarily, I would like to return to Costa Rica on mission trips.
