Just finished a 2 day Beachbody fast. Just started shakeology this morning. I am currently doing the Insanity videos which are very challenging but very much worth it.
Why I want to get in shape
I would love to lose 20# but more concerned with tightening up my middle. I hate my flabby belly that leaves rolls when I sit. I know it is a typical belly from having kids but I just want to get rid of it.
Tighten belly with no muffin top.
- Help strengthen my core to reduce back, neck and knee issues.
