I'm a mother of 3-going on 4 children. I lost 100 lbs by creating good habits and now that I'm out of my first trimester of pregnancy I'm determined to stop the weight gain and stay healthy. I consider myself a CHEEGAN. Which means a sometimes a cheese and meat eating vegan. All things in moderation. Why I want to get in shape
The way that being in shape makes me feel is the number one reason why. The reward is something that is done by faith alone.
