Mother of two (23 and 16). Husband is a chef and no he doesn't do all the cooking at home. I work a desk job during the day and teach taekwondo at night. I just passed my 2nd degree test and hope to make it 3rd degree by the time I turn 50.
I have also been living with Lupus for the last 30 years. High dose prednisone does a number on your weight even if you can control the increased appetite. Fortunately my dosage has been stable for about 10 years
Why I want to get in shape
I want to decrease my BFP and look as good on the outside as I feel on the inside. I want to increase my strength to ward off any issues with bone density before they start.
- Lost 40 lbs 10 years ago on WW and never want to be there again
- Knocking out the sugar monster that lives under my bed
- Feelling good in my clothes again
- fit now = fit for life
