Why I Want To Get In Shape
I have struggled with my weight my entire life... until now! At my heaviest this past January, I weighted in at 252 pounds. Im 6 feet tall. About 7 years ago, I was at a point in my life where I felt very good about my weight and felt healthy. This is where my original goal of 175 came from. I know I am capable of getting there if I just put my mind to it and once I do... pushing myself a bit farther, shouldnt be a problem.

My Inspirations
- Fitting back into my wardrobe! (as of 6/09 about 75% of it is too big now.. LOL)
- Feeling and looking healthy! (I feel amazing and my endurance is building)
- My 3 active teenagers (did I mention I went running with my oldest?)
- Reaching my goal weight or getting really close to it!!

I've totally like abandoned MFP.
I'll give myself 2 weeks to ease back in again.
