Monday:
Get up at 5 for swimming
eat salad w/ avocado for dinner
Tuesday:
Get up at 8:30 for Bodypump
Walk Sammie at 7pm.
Wednesday:
Get up at 5 for swimming
Eat salad for dinner
Walk Sammie at 3pm
Thursday:
Get up at 5:30 for 1 mile run
Walk Sammie at 7pm
Friday:
Get up at 5 for swimming
Take Sammie to park or walk after work.
Saturday:
Walk dog for 1 mile.
Sunday:
Lift for at least 45 min. Run warm-up for 10 min. at 3:00
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I am moving to Sydney, and I would like to fit into all my old clothes. When I was in sydney years ago, my size is on the high side of women's sizes. With living by the beach, I will be in the suit often. I want to look good!I want to be healthy. Finally, I am getting married soon (when we can finally set a date, he's in the navy). I want to look great in my dress.
