About Me

I'm Lisabeth and I am 47 y/o. I look like I'm in my thirties. I've been blessed that way. I don't smoke and I don't drink. I love life! I'm blessed with my husband who has joined me on the adventurous trip to "Nutrition Land" I've gained 50# in 4 years after marrying 4 1/2 years ago. I have horrible eating habits. I literally live on diet coke and chips and fast food, yet I make sure my husband and children eat very healthy.

If you look at my pictures, you will see pics that range from high school to recent. With a couple of my husband. I am so looking forward to the day that I can walk with my husband looking physically fit and not feel as though I'm simply too "blah" to go out anywhere.

Recently, I finally decided it was time for "ME" to take care of "ME". So I went to the doctor for a complete physical and found out my cholesterol is 280. I went back on MFP to track all my intake and found it really isn't my eating habits other then neglecting to eat because I don't have time....which messes up my metabolism and on top of that I'm stressed over EVERYTHING and I have NOTHING to be stressed about....Worry, worry, worry. So I have decided to Reduce my stress, exercise more and eat more frequent small meals and hopefully that will do the job!

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I recently watched a documentary that scared me. I've been feeling horrible lately with no energy. I'm so out of shape and now 50# over weight....due to unhealthy eating. I want to look good in my clothes and feel healthy. ALSO.....MY HUSBAND WANTS TO SEE ME IN SOME VICTORIA SECRETS CRAP!

My Inspirations

  • Fitting into shorts/jeans
  • Living with a better self-esteem
  • Live longer and healthier, knowing that my habits will kill me sooner
  • To teach my children and support my husband with nutritional eating and exercise
