CURRENT GOAL:
Current Weight: 236 (I DID IT!!!!!!!)
Goal Weight: 229 (7 pounds)
Goal Date: November 30 (10 weeks or 1.25 lb per week)
Am missing extra cardio session this week because of headache, but am doing very good at getting in 60 minutes AND my weights each time i go!!!!
So after i lost the first 16 pounds, I had to buy some new jeans that fit, but not new shirts. That tells me that at least i am losing more on the bottom than the top (which is good, i have a LOT of bottom). I'm thinking that 220 will put me at another 16 pounds lost, and that's when I'll have to give up on the jeans i'm wearing now, and move down a size, into regular 18's and 16W's. I'm working to be at that weight somewhere in the neighborhood of the first of the year. Im also thinking that around that time I'll probably have to buy smaller undies, top and bottom. And hopefully my shirt size will have changed some too. I'd love to be able to wear all XL or 1XL shirts instead of 2XL or 3XL like i do now. But I gotta have room for the girls -- and that's one place that i DON'T seem to be losing any weight!!

Why I Want To Get In Shape
Partially its just that i want the "old" me back. Partially its to offset the medical problems in my family's history. Partially its because i harbor the secret heart of a clothes horse....
My Inspirations
- Buying New Clothes
- Being Stronger and better able to manage stress
- Turning all the boys heads (again)
- Endurance to get out and enjoy the world!

Thanks for the support...I'm hanging in there as best as I can...salt still angers me something fierce lol, but I did work off my calorie excess, so I am feeling much better now :)
