About Me
I am a teacher and we are notoriously bad about taking care of ourselves. Weight and emotional eating have always been "my cross" and for the 1st time in my life I feel like I'm making more progress than ever! Its taken YEARS of changing little things. Like only whole wheat products, turkey bacon, sugar free syrup. I've failed so many times, but I'm hoping this time I have a lot more in place to make it happen.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
Part of it is making sure I'm healthy and strong...try and be the best version of me I can in all areas. I've always been very mentally tough and now its time to get more PHYSICALLY tough!
**Started MFP Dec. 21st 2007 during summer didn't log but exercised...BIG MISTAKE
My Inspirations
- So I can actually be in photos again and be back in albums!
- To feel more energized and clear so I can accomplish my goals
- Gotta lower cholesterol and keep having a strong heart!
