About Me

I am 45 years old (I mean young), and I am the mom of two great kids, Tyler (14) and Blake (12). I love being the princess of the house..I get spoiled. My husband and I moved to Southern WA almost 3 years ago from SUNNY Southern California to open a Pizza Restaurant. You would think that would be the source of my weight gain, but the weather is more of a factor.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I have struggled with my weight all my life....have done the yo-yo thing since I was 12...Yikes...I'm 45!! I know I can lose weight, I struggle more with keeping it off.

I have been blessed all my life with excellent health. I have tons of energy and love life!!
