Why I Want To Get In Shape

30 years old and still single...I like to say because of my weight i am my own worst enemy to myself, so by losing the wieght i hope to improve my confidence for the ladies...

OMG chris your doing great anyways I wish I would have seen you at the party, we had to have over 100 people here throughout the night the keg was gone at 9:30 but we will have another party. I walked eight miles the other day for walk of america and I didnt die so I am coming a long way already lol. Me and eddie bought bikes yesterday so if you want to go walking or bike riding call me, we are on vacation this week.
